Summary

The lot on 754 Fraser St is 30 ft wide. Mr. Brown has requested to reduce the sideyard setback from 5 ft to 3 ft on both sides of the lot. This would allow for a 24 ft wide home. The lot currently only allows for a 20 ft home, the minimum allowed in the Summerhill Overlay.
